Pita Chicken Quesadillas


Here’s another goodie from Shelley Coffey Thomas. Thanks, Shelley!

“Another way to use Joseph’s low carb pita. I split it in two, stuff with chicken, cheese, guacamole, sauce, and grill in the skillet. About 5 net carbs for what you see here.”

(I also like Toufayan Pita Bread, myself. And please note that for some people, products like this will slow down or stall weight loss, so please experiment for yourself.)

  • I would check your package, if you haven’t done it recently… I emailed them awhile ago and asked how all their products for lc could have exactly the same carb count regardless of size… They never replied, but now the pitas are listed as 5 net carbs by themselves…
