Chicken Salad, Cauliflower Poppers and More: Favorite Recipe Roundup, Aug. 17 – 23, 2015

I always enjoyed checking the top recipes for weekly favorite roundups–these are the dishes most visited, liked, pinned shared and saved by our folks on the Low Carb Zen Facebook page. Millions of low carbers around the world are making these recipes; that thought just boggles my mind! Here are this week’s favorites…

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms – You cannot get much easier than this. Basically, you need a few ingredients and a pan to cook it in. Plus it looks heavenly! | Pin

Low Carb Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers – The “rice” for these stuffed peppers is made in a blender or food processor, out of cauliflower. | Pin

Cheddar and Pepper Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken – These look great, and not too hard either. She suggests a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature, making sure the chicken is completely cooked. | Pin

Cauliflower Poppers – The flavor secret for these is smoked Paprika. I have not tried it yet, but I know Theresa loves the stuff. :-) | Pin

Low Carb Southwest Chicken Salad – Perfect for using up leftover chicken! | Pin

Have you tried any of these or something similar? What’s you feedback?
