10 1/2tablespoonsSpaghetti SauceRao's or another low sugar sauce
3/4cupshredded mozzarella
35pepperoni slicesor whatever pizza toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread out your chaffles in a casserole dish or on a cookie sheet and scrunch them together.
Add about a tablespoon and a half or so sauce on top of each chaffle.
Add your favorite pizza toppings. This is a great opportunity to include the munchkins in the process.
Cover it all in cheese! Because, cheese.
Cook about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. You know, like perfect pizza cheese!
It's easiest to use a single chaffle's worth as a serving here. Cutting these would be messy!

Please consider nutritionals an estimate, based on what you might use in terms of chaffles, sauce, cheese and pizza toppings. Basically all of it is ballpark, because it's going to vary from mine to yours. I'm also using the numbers for regular spaghetti sauce to make sure I don't underestimate what you've got on hand.Bottom line: I'm not one to tell anybody how many pepperonis are "enough" for goodness sakes!
