🐎 This roundup’s been around long enough to collect some trail dust. If you find a dead link, please drop a comment. I’m redirecting these to archived versions whenever possible; websites can vamoose faster than tumbleweeds in a tornado, partner. 🌪️

Ready for this week’s favorite recipe roundup? These are the top low carb recipes as “voted” on by our Facebook fans and friends – the ones with the most likes, clicks, shares and pins, in order of popularity. Millions of low carbers around the world have checked out these recipes! How cool is that? 😎

Simple, go-to dinners are clearly the winner this week, with a little bit of cake for dessert. Gosh, I love pumpkin!

Cheeseburger Cauliflower – I make variations of this one all the time, because I pretty much always have hamburger, cauliflower and cheese on hand. Plus, I add spices and such depending on my mood. Cannot go wrong with this one! | Pin Here

Fried Cabbage with Bacon and Onions – This is the basic idea I started with when I made my Spicy Crack Slaw. I am in L-O-V-E-love with cabbage!  | Pin Here

Shrimp Piccata over Rich Parmesan Cauliflower Mash – This one looks a lot harder than it really is. Also, I want some little serving dishes to look all elegant and stuff! | Pin Here

Mexican Beef and Zucchini – Another super-simple, you-can-cook-it-all-in-a-single-skillet recipe. Yay! | Pin Here

Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting – I like the brand of Stevia she recommends, but I’d probably mix it with Erythritol instead of Xylitol for sweetening. It tastes great, but in addition to the gastrointestinal impact (signficant, but lessens as you build tolerance), it’s highly toxic to dogs. I don’t have dogs, but it would break my heart if I ever inadvertently exposed a pet to it by sharing a treat I’d made with their owner. So I just don’t get it. | Pin Here

Public Service Announcement: Xylitol is 100 times more toxic to dogs that chocolate. If you’ve got some furkids, be careful out there!

Have you made any of these? Did you like it?

  1. I do need to add, Xylitol is ALSO toxic to cats. It’s not talked about as much, which is why I didn’t know that when I wrote this. Be careful with your furkids out there!
